They walked me through what they had in stock, adjusted the order to fit my budget without any pressure, and the final result was stunning — she was in tears when she saw it. popped in randomly and saw the team at Thien Lan working hard. asked if I could buy some flowers for a girl and the team asked me how much I wanted to spend...I gave them my ballpark and they got to putting together a bouquet for me. it is beautiful and smells so nice. the team here is so helpful and friendly to help me when they were already busy working on a big order. thank you.

I had such a wonderful experience with this family-owned florist. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. They took the time to ask about the occasion, my budget, and when I needed the arrangement — which was by the very next day. She created the most beautiful and meaningful arrangement for our celebration of life. It was elegant, thoughtful, and truly captured the spirit of the moment.
